How to Book Your Tours and Excursions in New York?

Since we launched this site in 1999, we’ve helped you plan the perfect New York trip with our tips and insider recommendations. We’ve also grown into a full travel agency specializing in New York, and now you can book airport transfers, guided tours, and activities and excursions in New York with us. Here’s how it works:

1/ Choose your activities, tours and excursions in New York

• In New York, you’ll want to see a lot. You’ll probably want to get close to the Statue of Liberty, climb to the top of the Empire State Building, or catch a musical on Broadway. All these activities are listed in our excursions section.
• You’ll find various New York passes that help you save money on attractions, including the New York City Pass, New York Explorer Pass, Pass C3, and New York Pass — the four most popular options.
• We also offer helicopter tours over New York. We especially recommend the 15-minute helicopter flight, which gives you excellent value for the flight time and price.
• Our section includes tickets for all of New York’s museums, landmarks, and observation decks. Booking ahead guarantees your spot. This is especially important for observation decks like the Empire State Building, Top of the Rock, One World Observatory, The Edge, and Summit One Vanderbilt.

2/ Book on our secure site

• Once you’ve chosen your activity, excursion or tour, click the “Book” button.
• Then click “Proceed to payment” to complete your booking.
• Booking is straightforward: enter your details (name, phone number and email), then your payment card information. All transactions are fully secure.

3/ Receive your voucher by email

• After booking, check your email. Right after payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your voucher.
• For passes and attraction tickets, you’ll get a QR code or barcode that you can show directly on your smartphone. No need to print anything.
• Same for musicals: you’ll receive your tickets as QR codes to show on your smartphone, along with your ID.

4/ Present your confirmation in New York

• Once in New York, simply present your confirmation at the entrance to your attraction, whether it’s a pass, Empire State Building ticket, museum entry, or other activity.
• For guided tours, your voucher shows the meeting point. Hand or show your voucher to the guide.
• For airport transfers, present your voucher at the Ground Transportation counter. After collecting your luggage, just follow the signs. Easy!
