What’s Included in the New York C3 Pass?
The New York C3 Pass covers New York’s top attractions. Choose any 3 from these 11 museums, observatories, and activities (prices updated September 2026):
- Empire State Building Observatory. Regular ticket price: approximately $53.
- Top of the Rock Observatory. Regular ticket price: $43.99.
- The Edge Observatory. Regular ticket price: $40.
- Ferry and access to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, including museum entry. Regular ticket price: $26.
- A Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises tour—choose between Liberty Midtown or Liberty Super Express.
- National September 11 Memorial & Museum admission. Regular ticket price: $33.
- American Museum of Natural History admission. Regular ticket price: $28.
- Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) admission. Regular ticket price: $30.
- Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum admission. Regular ticket price: $36.
- Guggenheim Museum admission. Regular ticket price: $30.

To maximize savings, use your pass for the most expensive attractions—especially the observatories. If you visit the Empire State Building, Top of the Rock, and The Edge, the regular price would be $136.99. With the C3 Pass, you’ll save over $40 per person.
How the New York C3 Pass Works
- First, purchase your New York C3 Pass on our site. Go to the New York C3 Pass booking page.
- Complete the purchase process—it’s fully secure. You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately. A second email will follow with your passes as QR codes. Save them to your phone or print the email and bring it with you.
- In New York, show your QR codes at the entrance of each attraction you want to visit. You can also book visits in advance—this is required for the Empire State Building.
- Helpful: when you buy your C3 Pass through our site, you’ll get access to a support page we created to help you make reservations easily. You’ll receive an email with a password to access it.
- If you lose or accidentally delete your QR codes, contact us. We keep a copy of all bookings, so we can resend your codes without losing any of your visits.
Good to Know
- The New York C3 Pass is personal—one pass per person. If you’re traveling with children ages 6–12, there’s a discounted rate. Children under 5 don’t need a pass, as most attractions offer free entry for them.
- The New York C3 Pass is valid for 9 days from activation on your first visit. Booking visits in advance doesn’t activate the pass. Activation begins when you use it for the first time.
- You can buy your pass well before your trip: the New York C3 Pass is valid for one year from the purchase date.
- Cancellation policy: the C3 Pass can be canceled if you notify us at least 24 hours before your travel date. A refund will be issued minus a $10 cancellation fee and bank charges.
