2/ SummerStage New York

3/ Giglio Feast in East Harlem

  • August 12–15, 2027, East Harlem celebrates Italian culture. The Giglio Feast honors Saint Anthony. This festival, originating from Brusciano, Italy, is celebrated on the second Sunday of August.   • New York’s Dominican community celebrates the Dominican Republic’s independence with a major parade. The parade gathers around 10 am at the corner of 6th Avenue and 37th Street, then heads north.

5/ Summer Movies under the Stars Festival at Bryant Park

  • Watch a film on a giant outdoor screen at Bryant Park. The lawn opens at 5 pm and the film starts at 8 pm. Come early to picnic, then enjoy the movie.
