For a 1.5-hour Travel Planning session, select “1 Participant” regardless of whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, with family, or with friends. The number of people in your group doesn’t matter.

How does our travel planning service work?

• Our travel planning service has one simple goal: save you time on trip preparation, help you make the most of your time in New York, and share insider tips to stretch your budget.
• As a New York travel specialist and member of the U.S. Travel Association, we provide current, official information for your New York trip. We can advise you on accommodation options, whether you’re looking for a hotel or a vacation rental.
• We’ll also walk you through administrative requirements, including the ESTA form, a mandatory requirement that isn’t always straightforward to complete.
• We guide you through travel insurance, phone plans, and credit card limits so you avoid surprises once you arrive.
• After accommodation and paperwork, it’s time for sightseeing and activities in New York. We’ll suggest ideas and create personalized day-by-day itineraries based on your interests. You’ll discover New York’s rich history, stunning views, hidden gems, great restaurants, and plenty of ways to relax. Everything you need for a successful New York trip!

What’s included in a 1.5-hour Travel Planning session?

Our Travel Planning service is billed by the hour. You can contact us via our contact form to discuss your needs and how much time you’ll need. You can also book a 1.5-hour Travel Planning session directly through our booking module above. Your session includes:

• A 1.5-hour call by phone or video conference with your Travel Planning expert.
• A review of your existing itinerary. We’ll suggest adjustments to optimize each day of your trip. Please send us your itinerary by email at least 72 hours before your call.
• Our recommendations, tips, and practical advice. All tailored to your interests and preferences.
• Answers to all your travel questions. We can help with visa requirements, airport transfers, local transportation, and much more.

After this first call, you can extend your session by one hour or more if needed. Additional time allows us to create a custom itinerary for you, which we’ll send as a complete PDF document by email.

Note that the 1.5-hour session does not include hotel reservations or flight bookings.

How does extended trip preparation assistance work?

• If you want more comprehensive support than the 1.5-hour Travel Planning session, we’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to assess your needs. Based on your answers, we’ll provide a quote based on the hours needed to create your program.
• We’ll prepare an initial version of your New York itinerary according to your preferences. Your Travel Planning expert will schedule a video call via Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet to discuss and refine the program.
• Your Travel Planning expert will then create your personalized travel guide. We’ll schedule a second video call to review your program and give you all the information you need to make the most of your stay. With your travel guide in hand, you’ll be ready to experience the best of New York!
• Once you’re in New York, you can call or text us seven days a week. Our team is based in New York and has lived here for many years. We can assist with restaurant reservations and more. Have peace of mind with local support during your trip.
