• Empire Outlets sits at the northern tip of Staten Island, just steps from the Staten Island Ferry terminal—the free ferry that connects lower Manhattan to Staten Island. The ferry is your best way to get there. When you arrive at St. George, head right along New York Bay. You’ll spot the stairs leading up to the outlet.
