How to Get Your Photo or Video on Times Square

1. To display your photo or video on one of Times Square’s giant screens, use the booking widget for displaying your photo on Times Square. Book as far in advance as possible—this service is available to visitors worldwide, and demand is especially high during school holidays and major celebrations, particularly around Christmas in New York.
2. Select only one participant in the booking widget. The price is the same regardless of how many people appear in your photo, so don’t worry about the number of participants.
3. Once you’ve paid, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details for choosing your display date and uploading your file. You can also add a custom frame and a line of text as a caption on the screen.
4. On your scheduled day, your photo or video will display for 15 seconds every hour for 24 hours on the giant screen above the Pelé Soccer store. You’ll be given a specific time slot—for example, at 10 minutes past every hour. Your image will then appear at 12:10 am, 1:10 am, 2:10 am, and so on through 11:10 pm. • Cancellation policy: You can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled display date. A refund will be issued minus a $10 cancellation fee and any bank charges.
