What is a private transfer?

• Don’t want to use public transportation to reach Manhattan? Book a private transfer instead. A vehicle will be reserved just for you, and the driver will take you directly to your destination in Manhattan.
• This service operates 24/7 from New York-JFK (code JFK) and New York-LaGuardia (code LGA) airports. The driver will drop you at your hotel or the address of your choice. • The price includes the vehicle with driver and taxes. You’ll need to add the cost of tolls ($11.19 from JFK and LaGuardia) and a tip (15–20% of the fare, with 15% being the standard minimum).
• Important: only ONE BAG per person is accepted, whether a checked suitcase or carry-on.

How does the private transfer work?

• Before your trip to New York, book your transfer using the private transfer booking module. Select your date, number of passengers, and vehicle type (sedan, minivan, or SUV). The vehicle is reserved for you alone.
• Complete your booking by providing your name, contact information, flight number, expected arrival time, and destination, then proceed to payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a voucher to print and bring with you.
• Important: you must follow the instructions on your voucher. Before you arrive, you must register your arrival details using the link provided on your voucher. If you don’t, you may wait much longer or be unable to complete the transfer. Note that no refund is possible if you haven’t registered and the driver isn’t there. Registration via the company’s link is mandatory.
• Once in New York, clear immigration, collect your baggage, and call the company. The phone number is on your confirmation. The operator will tell you the wait time and the driver will meet you outside the terminal. Tell the operator you have a “pre-paid voucher.” Give the voucher to the driver.
• A practical note for the phone call: provide your “Booking Reference” number from your voucher. This is the number sequence under “Booking Reference” on your voucher. Then spell out each letter slowly: A “like” Alpha, B like Bravo, and so on.

Cancellation policy
