How to book your private transfer
- Before you leave for New York, book your transfer through our economy private transfer booking system. Select your transfer date, number of passengers, and airport. Complete the reservation by entering your name, contact details, airline, flight number, departure time, and your preferred pickup time. After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a voucher to print.
- Important: follow all instructions on your voucher and register your pickup details using the link provided on it. If you don’t register your details, your driver won’t show up.
- On your departure day, be outside your hotel or apartment at the agreed time. Your driver will arrive, load your bags, and take you to the airport. The drive typically takes 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the time of day and traffic.
- If your driver doesn’t arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, call +1 212-666-6666 or +1 866-666-6666. Your hotel can make the call for you. Tell the operator you have a pre-paid voucher and provide your booking reference from it. They’ll be able to help.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your New York trip, you can cancel your transfer free of charge for any reason. Just contact us via our contact form at least 48 hours before your scheduled transfer.
