What is a shared shuttle transfer?
- In addition to transfers from New York airports to apartments, shared shuttles offer the same service in the opposite direction, from Manhattan apartments to New York airports. This service runs 24/7 to JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark airports.
- The shuttle is “shared” because each van holds up to 9 passengers. Each passenger can bring 2 checked bags and 2 carry-on bags. Note: your starting point must be a residential address in Manhattan.
How to book a shared shuttle for Manhattan
- Before your trip to New York, or 48 hours before your return, book your transfer through our shared shuttle reservation form. Select your transfer date, number of passengers, and departure airport. Once you pay, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a voucher to print.
- Call the phone number on your voucher 48 hours before your flight to confirm your transfer. You’ll need to provide your confirmation number and flight time. Plan to leave a bit early to allow for traffic delays.
- On departure day, wait with your luggage outside your building. Give the driver the voucher you received by email. The trip to the airport typically takes 45 minutes to an hour.
- The price includes the transfer and taxes. Tip the driver $2 to $3 per person based on your satisfaction.
