What is a shared shuttle transfer?

• A shared shuttle is a van service that transfers passengers between New York’s airports and residential addresses in Manhattan. Service runs 24/7 from JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark airports.
• The shuttle is “shared” because each van holds up to 9 passengers. You can bring 2 checked bags and 2 carry-on bags per person. Your driver will drop you at your chosen address—which must be a residential location in Manhattan.

How to book a shared shuttle to Manhattan

• Before you travel, book your transfer through our shared shuttle reservation system. Select your transfer date, number of passengers, and arrival airport. After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a voucher to print.
• Once you collect your bags, head to the Ground Transportation desk. Show your voucher to the agent, who will add you to the next available shuttle.
• Your driver will meet you at the Ground Transportation desk and take you to the van. The drive to Manhattan takes about 45 minutes.
• If you arrive at JFK Terminal 4, you have direct access: skip the Ground Transportation desk and go straight outside to meet the SuperShuttle representative.
• The price includes the transfer and taxes. Plan to tip $2–3 per person, depending on the service.
