- ARTECHOUSE is a next-generation art museum. Founded in 2019 inside Chelsea Market, just north of the Meatpacking District, it presents digital artworks that blend art and technology to create immersive experiences. The gallery’s mission is to approach art with a 21st-century perspective.
- ARTECHOUSE was launched in 2015 in Washington by Sandro Kereselidze and Tatiana Pastukhova. The two founders opened their first digital art gallery in 2017, expanded to Miami in 2018, and arrived in New York the following year.
- Since 2015, ARTECHOUSE has produced over 30 digital exhibitions featuring work by more than 40 artists. The gallery is also a pioneer in NFT technology. This protocol, known as “non-fungible tokens,” authenticates digital artworks and certifies their uniqueness. Welcome to a new dimension of art.
What to See at ARTECHOUSE
- The current exhibition in New York is titled “Beyond the Light.” Created in collaboration with scientists from NASA, it takes you as far as possible into the universe, “beyond what is visible.” An extraordinary journey through space awaits.
- ARTECHOUSE artists obtained exceptional images captured by the James Webb Space Telescope. Launched in December 2021 from French Guiana, this telescope now delivers images with unprecedented clarity.
- The immersive show runs 25 minutes and delivers stunning visuals. Move around the large gallery during the performance to appreciate the effects from different angles. You can also view screens displaying information about the universe, satellites, and NASA discoveries.
