What is a limousine transfer?

• Limousine service is available 24/7 from JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark airports. Each limousine accommodates up to 7 passengers and is reserved exclusively for you and your group.

How does the private transfer work?

• Before your trip to New York, book your transfer using the limousine transfer booking form. Select your date, number of passengers, airport, and vehicle type. Make sure to choose “limousine” for your airport departure.
• Complete payment by providing your name, contact details, pickup location or airport, airline name, flight number, and expected arrival time. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a voucher to print and bring with you.
• Once you arrive in New York, the process is straightforward. Call the transfer service number when you clear immigration—they’ll tell you exactly where to meet your driver at the airport exit. The phone number is on your voucher. Show your voucher to your driver and meet your limousine. The drive to Manhattan typically takes 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic.
• When you reach your hotel, your driver will expect a tip. Plan for a minimum of $30 for 2 to 3 passengers, plus $5 for each additional person. You’re welcome to tip more. The tip is not included in your reservation price.

The price covers a private limousine with driver reserved just for you. It includes:

• The limousine transfer.
• One hour of waiting time from your flight’s landing. Additional fees apply beyond that.
• Any tolls, including the Midtown Tunnel (connecting Brooklyn and Manhattan) and the Holland Tunnel (connecting New Jersey and Manhattan).
• Bottled water.
• Taxes.
