The Story of Masquerade

• Masquerade presents itself as a brand-new interpretation of the Phantom of the Opera, in the form of an immersive experience… In other words, you’ll be right in the action and won’t be stuck in the role of a passive spectator sitting in your seat, unlike other Broadway musicals.
• Specifically, spectators are invited to arrive at the theater dressed in either black, white, or silver clothing. Choose your color! You’ll also need to wear a Venetian-style mask. Don’t have one? No problem—a mask will be provided at the entrance. Elegant evening attire is recommended but not required. Good to know: capes are available to borrow, subject to availability.
• Dressed in black, white, or silver and wearing your mask, you’ll be guided into the lair of the Phantom of the Opera, the famous character created by French writer Gaston Leroux. The Phantom is actually a man afflicted with a terrible deformity that forces him to hide in the catacombs beneath the Paris Opera House. That is, until the voice of a young soprano seduces him…

Book Your Tickets for Masquerade in New York

• The show plays at the theater located at 218 West 57 Street, between 7th and 8th Avenue. The theater is just a short walk south of Central Park.
• We recommend booking your tickets as early as possible, given the huge demand for this show! Head to the Masquerade ticket booking module.
• Select your show date, indicate the number of tickets, and proceed to payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment is processed on our site.
• If possible, come dressed in black, white, or silver, and ideally bring a Venetian mask. Another unique feature: you won’t receive traditional entry tickets but an email with a password. Make sure to remember this password—it’s your entry ticket! Each spectator must also have a valid ID.
• Finally, you’ll receive a specific entry time. We recommend arriving at the theater entrance 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled entry time. Be on time—the theater is strict about this and will not admit latecomers. If you’re late, you won’t receive any compensation.
