The Wolcott Hotel in New York
Opened in 1904, the Wolcott Hotel enjoys a central location on 31st Street, just 3 blocks from the Empire State Building. This historic hotel has hosted notable guests, including writer Henry Miller and musician Buddy Holly. In 2004, Mayor Michael Bloomberg declared a "Hotel Wolcott Day" in honor of this venerable New York institution.
